今天要來安裝Python的環境，我選擇使用ViStudio Codesual Code來寫
首先，先至Python官方網站下載並安裝，這邊要注意下面的Add Python 3.7 to PATH要打勾，不然後面會出問題

接著下載ViStudio Codesual Code並安裝
